Teddy Bear Unnatural History Cards and Envelopes, Set of 4
This set of four 5x7-inch cards and envelopes are photographs of my ‘Teddy Unnatural History’ sculptures created in needle-felted wool. From the fetal developments stages (complete with button eyes) to the skeletal evidence left behind, stuffed animal pseudo-specimens and felted wool go together like teddy bears and childhood. Each of these cards can be framed and presented on the wall if you so desire. Included are: Teddy Skull ‘Ursulus lenis’; Teddy Bear Unnatural History Tableau; Teddy Bear Fetal Development, and Teddy Bear Fetus ‘Ursulus parvalus casia’.
